1. Purposes
The purpose of the processing is to manage your data to provide a response to your request, whether you have completed the form on our website or you are using the Partoo chatbot.
It enables Partoo with the ability to:
- Respond to requests submitted through our data collection form or via our chatbot.
- Provide you with commercial offers when you agree to receive by checking the designated box.
- Generate statistics concerning service quality and/or website performance.
2. Legal grounds
Article 6 (1) a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)is the legal basis whenever you have consented to receive information on Partoo’s news.

4. Data source
Data is collected from submissions made via the form on Partoo’s website (www.partoo.co) or entered our chatbot.
Data is likewise collected during or interactions (whether by phone, e-mail, or other methods).
5. Requirement for data collection
The data collection fields marked with an asterisk in the forms are required to process the requested information or appointment requests; without these details, we are unable to contact you.
6. Automated decision-making
This processing excludes automated decision-making.
Data processing is limited to individuals who fill out the collection form and do not object to receiving commercial prospecting emails.
7. Categories of data recipients
The data is shared with:
- Authorized personnel from the marketing, sales, administrative, logistics and IT departments along with their respective managers.
- Authorized personnel of subcontractors provided that the conditions under which subcontractors access the data are contractually regulated in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Meta, under the conditions outlined in their privacy policy, whenever you choose to communicate with us via Whatsapp in the Chatbot.
8. Data transfers outside the EU
Partoo does not perform any data access outside the European Union.

9. Data retention period
The Data collected is retained for a period of 2 years from the date the user provides the collected data or from the date of the last contact.
10. Security policies
The security measures include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Authentication of permanent or temporary members with data access

- Data backup system
11. Your rights concerning your data
You may access and obtain a copy of your personal data, object to its processing, and request its correction or deletion. Furthermore, you hold the right to restrict data processing and to data portability.
You also have the right to issue specific and general instructions regarding the retention, deletion, and communication of your data post-mortem.
The submission of specific post-mortem directives and the exercise of these rights are carried out by sending a postal letter to the address provided below. Requests regarding the handling of data after death must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document to be processed.
